We are nearly 2 months into the Year of the Wood Snake and I am finally coming up for breath. Each year, with more and more clients to see and reports to write, I find I get further and further behind with my marketing and website responsibilities! The great news is, this is a COMPLETION year. It is THE year to complete those things you just haven’t had time to prioritise. The snake is an animal who sheds its skin. This year is a year where we need to shed what no longer serves us. That could be friends or even family members who bring us down rather than raise us up.
In Numerology the year adds up to 9 which marks the end of a 9 year cycle. 2026 will add up to 1 so is a beginning year. This is the year those projects you have wanted to get done actually have the universal support to get done. I will be releasing my long awaited book this year which I am very excited about. What project can you make a priority this year? Even if it is clearing out the garage or linen cupboard, finally making the time to catch up with an old friend or going to a place you have always wanted to (near or far), this is the year to get it done.
The year may feel quite stressful overall as the couple of years we lost whilst covid was on put us all behind. With a brand new 1 year coming up in 2026, we have to catch up with where we should be, completing our growth emotionally and spiritually so we are ready to start afresh in 2026 for the next 9 year cycle to begin.
It is likely there will be a lot of revelations in 2025, as truth needs to come to the surface for people to understand what has been going on and accept why things need to change the following year. This could include more revelations on the Covid situation and its handling, the truth around human and child trafficking, the use of geoengineering, cloud seeding, chemtrails and other so called conspiracy theories actually having some truth to them. Expect 2025 to wrap up a lot of things globally as well as in your personal life ready for a new, fresh start the following year.
The Hexagram of 2025 is 49 which urges us to shed the old and embrace the new. Review what is no longer serving you, break free of limitations and embrace new possibilities. The Year of the Snake is when you can shed your skin. It is a year of dynamic change and we will witness parts of society transforming. This can feel like lots of upheaval but it is actually for the positive. Take bold action, embrace change, release old patterns holding you back and get ready for inner and global transformation for the better.
The most challenging energy is in the Centre (sickness) and North East (misfortune and accidents) of every building. Avoiding red and crystals here is recommended. Instead use metal or wood items. Hanging a 6 rod windchime outside in the North East is helpful as is placing a Brass Pagoda inside. A Brass Calabash is essential in the centre of the house to draw in the sickness energy so you are not as affected. I’ve been able to replenish my stock so these are now available.
You may not be aware but I also do divination readings, using different tools including a pendulum, tarot cards and Lenormand cards. I did a session asking what the overriding message was going to be for 2025. I got the fish (abundance), the stork (new beginning) and the Crossroads (change in direction). My interpretation of these cards is that 2025 is going to be prosperous overall with a new way of looking at the financial system and new options in terms of finances and the way we make financial transactions. Financial growth and upgrade is likely. It is a year of change which will bring us more positive outcomes in the years that follow. There will be abundance and positive financial gains with many achieving success in their endeavours. It is a year to prepare for new beginnings so lots of things will happen to help us with this to ensure we are ready for the new energy of 2026.
